The Hikvision DS-PDP18-EG2 (PET) is a wired indoor PIR motion detector designed for AX Hybrid intrusion alarm systems. It provides reliable volumetric motion detection with a coverage range of up to 18 meters and a 85.9\u00b0 detection angle.<\/p>\n
The detector uses a dual-element pyroelectric sensor combined with 3D Fresnel optics to improve detection accuracy and reduce blind spots, including creep-zone coverage beneath the device. It includes digital temperature compensation and automatic sensitivity adjustment to maintain stable performance in varying environmental conditions.<\/p>\n
The PET (Pet Immunity) feature allows the detector to ignore small animals up to 10 kg (depending on configuration), reducing false alarms in residential environments.<\/p>\n
