The Hikvision DS-TMG022 is a dual-channel inductive loop vehicle detector designed for vehicle access control, parking management, and traffic automation systems.
It works by detecting changes in inductance caused by metal vehicles passing over ground-installed loop coils. The device supports two independent loop inputs, enabling advanced detection scenarios such as vehicle presence, passage direction, and traffic flow monitoring.
It features fast response time, high detection accuracy (≥99%), and automatic loop fault recovery. The detector can resume operation after loop failure is cleared, ensuring system reliability in parking and barrier applications.
The DS-TMG022 provides two relay outputs for integration with barrier gates, traffic lights, and control systems. It also includes surge protection and configurable sensitivity levels for different installation environments.
