The Hikvision DS-PDMCX-E-WB is a wireless external magnetic contact detector designed for outdoor and harsh-environment intrusion protection in Hikvision AX PRO alarm systems. It detects door or gate opening with a maximum detection gap of 76 mm and supports digital signal processing for improved stability. Built with IP66-rated weatherproof housing and UV-resistant materials, it is suitable for gates, outdoor doors, warehouses, and perimeter security applications. The device uses Tri-X two-way RF wireless communication at 433 MHz with AES-128 encryption and frequency hopping anti-jamming technology, providing stable transmission up to 1 km in open space. It supports multiple enrollment methods (QR code, remote ID, and power-up pairing), tamper protection on both front and rear covers, signal strength indication, and optional external alarm input support. Powered by a CR123A battery, it delivers up to 5 years of standby battery life for long-term reliable outdoor use.
